Ashwood is delighted to be able to say that they now have five fully qualified RVNs (a recognised Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons veterinary nurse qualification) working for the Practice, a very much higher percentage of qualified veterinary nurses than most other practices. All our younger nurses are enroled & are currently completeing training towards the RVN qualification.On going training underpins Ashwood's intention to provide the very best of service for our clients and their pets.

All our staff are firm believers on an ongoing CPD (Continuing Professional Development) to keep their skills and knowledge current in a rapidly changing profession. The Practice has a library and subscribes to nine different veterinary journals received on a regular basis varying from weekly to monthly. We also subscribe to electronic information systems incorporating training and reference CDs and videos, as well as access to internet reference sites.
